Anna Hillary Makeup Artist

Anna is a qualified hair and makeup artist based in the south of England, with bases in London, the North East and Scotland.

Having trained at the Bath Academy of Media Makeup, Anna is trained in knotting and weaving, wig styling and application, period and vintage hair and makeup, SFX, character and theatrical makeup as well as hair cutting and Gentlemen’s barbering and historic hair styling.

Since completing her training Anna has gone on to work on such productions as Disney’s Mary Poppins Returns and Marvel’s Spiderman: Far from home as a daily crowd trainee. Other experience includes designing the hair and makeup for various short films as well as working on various types of theatre productions. Anna’s theatre experience includes woking in the wig department of the west end show An American in Paris, the musical adaptation of David Williams’ Billionaire Boy and most recently as the Wigs Mistress on the new stage adaptation of Agatha Christie’s Mirror Crack’d.

Anna is a warm friendly and competent hair and makeup artist who always loves to work with new people as well as always looking to take on new challenging projects.
